In Good Company, The Engagement Coach’s bespoke Leadership Development programme, has been designed to unlock the potential of leaders and managers, so that they in turn can do the same for the rest of their staff.
We wrote, produced and shot the whole ten part series commissioned by The Engagement Coach within
a very full-on month. This included all elements of pre-production such as scripting, character development and casting for the series. Our experienced production team were able to draw on their skills in broadcast drama to put together the schedule for filming and kitted out a fully functional open-plan office from scratch as the basis for the scenes.
Director Paul Morricone took the scripts and turned the production into a funny and insightful mini-series where viewers really want to follow and identify with the lead characters and their learning. The end result mixes comedy and comment with scenes from the office cutting in with expert analysis and interviews with the characters.
