This wasn’t about one commercial. In one production, we needed to create a series of promo videos for web and social use for Meeow that introduced the brand, explained the service and shouted out the benefits. All in all, we created a commercial, a trailer, a ‘how to’ video, a crowdfunder info film, a set of a dozen testimonial films and animated gifs for the website – all from one shoot.
The series of short testimonials have been instrumental in building the brand on LinkedIn as the popularity of the platform grew. The key point of difference was to keep the featured people set within the iconic shapes of the brand, compositing each person into a diamond or circle. Then when the commercial spots started to appear, the bold and simple look had already been well established.
Longer form videos featuring interviews with the co-founders of the business were also used
in a Crowdfunding campaign and as extra information for potential investors.
