Our first challenge was to conduct a site survey in order to fly our drone to get breathtaking aerial shots of the castle and grounds. Our crew then headed down to film within a day on site, capturing gliding shots of the surroundings with a camera mounted on a handheld gimbal rig. We interviewed the lead technician from Ensign who described the interesting challenges of making the technology blend in with the castle surroundings. Technology partners from Siklu also appeared to add their approval on how the microwave links were disguised. A spokesperson from Historic England completed the story by expressing how pleased they were with the project.
A case study is a great way of showing off what a business does. Often the work speaks for itself and if you have very enthusiastic clients testifying about what you do then the result can prove to be a very effective advert for your business. In this case we were able to do what we do best – tell as story.
